National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) Combined Welfare Council (CWC)

The mission of the NGA CWC is to enhance the quality of life and improve the workplace environment for civilian employees and military service members by supporting and managing recreational and welfare activities.

Operating as a self-sustaining, non-appropriated fund program, the NGA CWC does not rely on taxpayer dollars; instead, it generates revenue through on-installation services and retail operations. A portion of every “Secret Squirrel” garment sold will benefit civilian and military employees by funding and subsidizing a variety of morale-building experiences—such as community events, discounted tickets, fitness programs, and family days—ultimately fostering a more supportive, engaging, and vibrant community for the civilian and military workforce.
